Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is proud to be growing the only âall-throughâ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2025, we are continuing to build a school that will serve local communities from the earliest years right through to Sixth Form, offering a âgold standardâ learning experience.
As we expand, we continue to embed the core features of John Taylor MAT that have become a hallmark of its success and are looking for talented and committed staff to join us on the next stage of our journey and development. Our primary school opens in September 2026, and we are searching for a positive, committed and motivated individual who can run our Primary School Reception Office, as well as providing administration and finance support in a range of areas across the school.
Joining our new school at this time will have the unique opportunity to get to know our students and their families as we grow year on year, and work with systems that can grow as the school does. We need someone who is organised, unflappable, personable yet professional, and can prioritise when a busy Reception might require multitasking every day.
You could be ideal for this role if you have:
- Worked as a receptionist and understand how important making a good first impression is for an organisation
- Strong personal organisation with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Experience of processing orders
- Extensive experience of providing administrative support to a high standard
You could be part of our founding team and make a difference to young people every day in this role. If you have the right experience and skills, and the commitment to serve this local community, we want to hear from you.
