About Us
Unity MAT is a small but ambitious Multi Academy Trust made up of three special schools within the
Warwickshire area, these being Brooke School in Rugby, Welcombe Hills School in Stratford Upon Avon and Woodlands School in Coleshill.
Our central services functions, including Finance, HR, Site & Facilities and IT have been centralised to
form the Trust’s Core Services Team and we believe that this enables us to provide high quality support services to all of our schools and beyond.
What We Need
We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to provide a courteous and professional reception service and general administrative support to the school and wider Trust.
As the first point of contact for our school, your duties will include: managing visitor access in accordance
with security and safeguarding procedures; dealing with face to face, telephone and general email
enquiries from a range of people including, pupils, parents, staff, contractors and other visitors; in
addition to providing a full range of administrative support as required by the school.
The ideal candidate will hold the following qualities:
- have experience of working in a busy reception or administrative environment;
- have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- work effectively as part of a wider central support team;
- have a ‘can do’ attitude and work with minimal supervision
