We are seeking a calm, proactive and highly committed Pupil Support Assistant Coordinator to join our pastoral and behaviour team and make a real difference to pupils’ daily experience of school.

This is a rewarding front‑line role at the heart of school life, where you will provide immediate, practical and emotional support to pupils who need guidance, structure and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Based primarily within the Expectations Room, you will play a key role in coordinating pupil support, triaging concerns, and ensuring swift, effective responses to behavioural and pastoral needs in close partnership with teaching staff and senior leaders.
  • You will work closely with the Behaviour Manager, Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour) and SENDCo to remove barriers to learning, promote positive behaviour, and support pupils to re‑engage successfully with school.
