We are delighted to advertise the brand new position of ‘Primary School Teacher’ at Q3 Academy Tipton. Based within our Growth Hub, you will be an incredible teacher and role model, working with students in Key Stage 3 to close gaps from Key Stage 2. This particularly focuses on English and mathematics but also provides support across other subjects. This crucial role supports students’ future outcomes by working as part of an inclusion and transition team.

If you are a dynamic, supportive, and inspiring teacher who has experience in curriculum planning and delivery across Key Stage 2, we want to hear from you. You are passionate about your phase and able to inspire and motivate students to learn. Your passion for education is demonstrated in your daily work, and you are willing to contribute to wider curriculum opportunities for students to further engage and support them in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching small groups and one‑to‑one at Key Stage 3, primarily.
  • Adding value to every learner in each teaching group benchmarked against national criteria and data.
  • Delivering, planning, and preparing lessons for groups or individual students in accordance with the necessary curriculum.
  • Contribution to curriculum design within our alternative provision.
  • Working as part of an incredible team that ensures creative and innovative learning and teaching occurs in every lesson.
  • Providing pastoral and welfare support to students within the Growth Hub as appropriate.
