Worcestershire County Council is looking for someone to support the delivery of our Family Time service, which helps children to spend time with their parents and other family members in a safe and supported environment. The Family Time Officer will assist the Team Co‑ordinator with the organisation and day‑to‑day running of the service.
The role will include:
- Managing the Family Time phone and email inbox.
- Liaising with families and carers as required.
- Providing administrative support for the booking system and venue supplies.
- Supporting the organisation of whole‑team events.
- Using IT systems with confidence; demonstrating strong planning, organisation and administrative skills.
- Confirming families’ attendance from 8.30am and responding to incoming communications.
Working pattern: 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
