Location: Wychavon (covering Pershore, Evesham, Droitwich).

Permanent position.

Salary: £42,839 - £46,142 per annum, plus £3,000 annual market forces supplement.

We are looking for an experienced social worker to manage day‑to‑day operational duties of the Area Team, supervise staff, provide an expert consultative role in the delivery of the strengths‑based Social Work model, and safeguard adults of all ages.

Ideal candidate will hold a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England. Experience in team management and mentoring is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operational duties of the Area Team.
  • Provide supervisory support and supervision to team members.
  • Deliver an expert consultative role in strengths‑based social work practice.
  • Safeguard adults and support their well‑being.
