- As the first point of contact via the HR Helpdesk and telephone, deliver timely, accurate advice and guidance to employees and managers, ensuring every interaction is logged and resolved to the highest standard.

- Support line managers with practical solutions, empower them to use self-service tools effectively, and collaborate with specialist teams when deeper expertise is needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
