WMJobs – Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. People Operations Assistant. Fixed Term Contract/Secondment to cover maternity leave. Grade 3 – £27,254 – £33,699 pro rata. Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 16 hours per week.

  • As the first point of contact via the HR Helpdesk and telephone, deliver timely, accurate advice and guidance to employees and managers, ensuring every interaction is logged and resolved to the highest standard.

  • Support line managers with practical solutions, empower them to use self-service tools effectively, and collaborate with specialist teams when deeper expertise is needed.
