Your Role This will be a school-based role at one of our seven academies with occasional home working depending on business needs. Youâll be allocated specific schools so that you can build rapport with staff and stakeholders in those settings. This role will require the ability to travel between sites as needed. Youâll be a key member of our HR (People) team, responsible for supporting the People Manager with a range of work streams for various academies/directorates, including recruitment and preâemployment checks using our HR Information system (HRIS), professional growth, single central record/compliance, probation and lowerâlevel employee relations case work. This postâholder plays a central role in our mission statement of âFind them, grow them, keep themâ â without recruiting quality staff we would not be able to function as a Trust. Our Ideal Candidate Previous HR experience is preferred, but not essential; weâll train you in the full range of tasks. This post could suit an experienced HR Assistant or HR Advisor, or someone with excellent administrative skills who is taking their first step into HR. Excellent administrative skills ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in written and oral communication. IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and management information systems/applicant tracking systems. A willingness to learn with a âcan doâ attitude and comfort in a fastâpaced environment. Ability to prioritise and manage workload autonomously. Interest in Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (WEDI). Willingness to travel to all sites within the Trust.
