Salary: Up to £12.85 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Receive admission fees and issue receipts.
  • Assist the general public with face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries.
  • Take facility bookings and supervise the reception area.
  • Provide clerical support and maintain accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

  • Friendly personality and good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous relevant experience in customer service and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of computerised booking systems (desirable).
