Mission Statement Success through Endeavour Ambition through Challenge Strength through Diversity Pastoral Support We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as Pastoral Support. The role is to help support Heads of Years in ensuring the pastoral and academic progress of our learners across one or more year groups in the Academy. Working with colleagues to ensure policies, behaviour and procedures are followed by all learners. Candidates will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as this role requires regular contact with parents, colleagues, learners and the local community. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong track record of working effectively within a pastoral team and record keeping. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. It is desirable for candidates to have received safeguarding training or have good knowledge of child safeguarding and protection procedures; however full training will be given.
