Q3 Academy Langley is looking to add to our fantastic team of dedicated, hard-working colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work. Now in 2024 we are one of the leading schools both locally, regionally and nationally.

Our curriculum model is focused primarily on the EBacc subjects, forming our Core. Additionally, we have a project-based, cross-curricular provision (Horizon, Innov8 and Cloud 9) that develops student learning both academically and holistically. Because of this innovative model, there is a minimal strain in terms of lesson planning, leaving time to hone learning and the art of teaching.

In May 2019, we received glowing feedback from our first Ofsted inspection. Our outward-facing approach has led us to be at the forefront of educational innovation – our focus on being ‘warm but strict’, and putting knowledge at the heart of our curriculum has led Schools Week to dub us ‘the Michaela of the Midlands’.

At Q3 Academy Langley, we have the absolute highest expectations of behaviour and politeness from our students, and have several procedures that support and reinforce these ideals. In July 2018, we were delighted to have been one of the first schools nationally to have been awarded the prestigious Schools of Character award, reflecting our commitment to developing young people beyond the classroom.
