As a Personal Assistant at Sandwell Council, you will play a vital role in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide comprehensive executive support, acting as a trusted and professional point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Managing correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential information
- Acting as a key liaison point between senior leaders and stakeholders
- Supporting strategic priorities and transformation projects by tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Ensuring clear communication, effective prioritisation and smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative or PA support, ideally at a senior or executive level
- Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
