Band D SCP 9 – 17 (£27,254 – £31,022 per annum).
Role Overview
A vacancy has arisen for a HR Analyst/Administrator within the Human Resources Team. This is a busy, vibrant team working across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships where strong HR skills, knowledge and experience will strengthen the services delivered.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a fast‑paced HR Department supporting operational and resource services across the Trust.
- Use our internal systems and data to provide detailed HR Management Information reports, keeping the HR establishment up to date through liaison with HRBPs and Heads of Service.
- Produce accurate data and statistical information for various audiences including the EMT and the Trust Board.
- Support first‑line HR and resourcing queries.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to the wider HR team, including diary management, booking of meetings, minuting and following up actions.
