The roles will involve engaging with residents to access employment and training, mentoring and supporting individuals on their career journeys, and monitoring progress on funded projects.
Applicants should have IAG Level 3 or equivalent, at least two years' experience in Post 16 education and/or employment and skills, and proven mentoring and caseload management
