We are looking for an enthusiastic, optimistic and knowledgeable Inclusion Leader. This is a non‑class‑based position and we are open to discussions about part‑time working arrangements to mutually benefit the school and the successful candidate. Our staff team is strong and supportive.
We were inspected in February 2025 and are proud that SEND was identified as a strength. Pupils are polite, courteous and well‑mannered, respond well to strong teaching and are appreciative of a positive, caring approach. Parents are equally supportive of the school.
SEND is a priority for our MAT; as an Inclusion Leader you will have access to support and professional development organised by our Regional SEND leads and participate in regular SEND network meetings run by Sandwell. Both pathways ensure you remain up‑to‑date and supported.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment and behave in a manner that reflects it. Appointment to this post will be subject to satisfactory safeguarding pre‑employment checks as outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, which will include a Barred List check, Disclosure and Barring Service check and references. Please note it is a criminal offence to apply for this post if you are barred from working with children and young people. An online search will be undertaken on all shortlisted candidates; this search does not form part of the shortlisting process and any concerns may be discussed at the interview.
