Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s Urban Design & Building Services team is looking to employ two experienced Assistant Building Surveyors with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a building/surveying environment. You will be expected to undertake and assist in the programming and monitoring of both reactive and planned maintenance including the production of stock condition reports and budget and priority allocation for Sandwell’s public buildings and school portfolio.
