We believe in creating an inclusive, supportive learning experience that encourages growth, resilience, and achievement for every student. This role includes:

- Is calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
- Is passionate about working in a school with vulnerable or high-needs learners
You should also hold a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Business/Admin or equivalent experience) or be willing to work towards this qualification. Experience working in a school or education setting is desirable – but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills and a commitment to our ethos.

- Opportunities for professional development and training
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people
