Stoke-on-Trent City Council is offering the role of Office Liaison Associate at St. John’s CE (A) Primary School. The successful candidate will support the school community in moving to its next level of improvement, welcoming families, visitors and children and embodying the school’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise tasks effectively and manage school admissions and the induction of families.
- Contribute to systems and structures and support the wider Leadership Team.
- Problem-solve on a daily basis with the business team.
Requirements & Expectations
- Professional, approachable and articulate communicator.
- Fluent English speaking ability (required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Will undertake an enhanced DBS check; a social media check may be carried out when shortlisted.
- Range of educational backgrounds welcome; a passion for education and the Christian ethos is essential.
Working Hours & Salary
- 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.
- Pay range Level 4 scp 4-7: £25,948 – £26,403 pro-rata; actual salary £13,802 per annum.
- Proposed start date: Tuesday 1 September 2026 (flexible if required).
