About the role

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) is seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic, and motivated teacher to join our evolving organization. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, preferably with experience in Early Years. With knowledge of developing children’s early reading, writing and communication skills, you will plan effectively to meet the needs of all children. As part of a small team, you will contribute to the growth of the school by supporting the team with the implementation of the curriculum, creating resources, and designing learning environments that enable all to achieve and progress. This opportunity will be based in Nursery.

Responsibilities

  • Implement curriculum and support the team at Nursery.
  • Create resources and design learning environments that enable all children to achieve and progress.
  • Plan effective lessons to meet the needs of all children.
  • Assess, record and report pupil progress, guiding learning to the next level.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching in Early Years.
  • Strong skills in assessment, recording, and reporting pupil progress.
  • Ability to plan lessons effectively to meet diverse learning needs.
