Oak Wood Primary School, Teaching Assistants Level 3 (Scale H 14 - 17), 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus one week (39 weeks per year).

Oak Wood Primary School is a successful specialist setting for children aged from 4 to 11 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated level 3 Teaching Assistant who will plan and lead opportunities for our pupils. Candidates are required to be skilled in using proactive behaviour management strategies to ensure best possible outcomes for all pupils.

As a growing Academy Trust, we are committed to developing our workforce and encourage all staff to participate in a range of professional development opportunities. We welcome applicants who either hold a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification or are currently working towards obtaining the qualification.
