Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee key front-line and enforcement services within a broad portfolio of delivering meaningful outcomes for residents and communities.
Reporting to the Strategic Director – Culture and Environment, you will provide strategic leadership and overall operational responsibility for a broad range of services including:
- Waste
- Recycling and Transport
- Environmental Health and Food Standards
- Licensing
- Corporate Health & Safety
- Private Sector Housing
This role requires significant senior management experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead change and deliver results. You will be confident working with Elected Members and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant degree (or equivalent) and ongoing professional development are essential.
