Learning Community Trust—Burton Borough School in Newport, Shropshire/Staffordshire border, invites applications for an ambitious Operational SEND Lead to join our Inclusion Team. The role begins September 2026, term-time plus three weeks, with a competitive salary of £31,002.
You will coordinate SEND systems, APDR processes, annual reviews, line manage SEND staff, work with families and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for pupils, and help ensure access to curriculum and wider.
