Membership Administrator to support DBLeisure Centres.
The role involves managing member records, handling enquiries, processing Direct Debits, reconciling payments and producing reports, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities include
- Maintain accurate membership databases.
- Handle member enquiries and provide customer service.
- Process Direct Debits and reconcile payments.
- Generate and produce reports on membership metrics.
- Ensure compliance with council policies and procedures.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous administrative experience.
- Comfortable working with the public and providing excellent service.
