Lunchtime Supervisor – St James CE Primary School (SIPS)
Required as soon as possible (subject to satisfactory clearances).
We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor who is energetic, positive and calm to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Effective communicator with young people and a positive role model
- Confidence to reinforce school expectations while forming positive relationships with adults and children
- Confidence and patience to work with young children in need of particular support while eating and playing
- Energetic, physically active, fun, and demonstrate positive play skills and interaction with our children
Qualifications & Requirements
- Satisfactory clearances, including all relevant safeguarding checks and an enhanced DBS check (exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act)
- Fluent spoken and written English (required by Immigration Act – Part 7)
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and promotion of child welfare
Working Hours & Salary
Hours: 5 hours 50 minutes a week, term time only.
Band B, SCP 4 (£25,185 p.a.) – Actual Salary £3,465 – £3,510 p.a.; hourly rate £13.05.
Location
St James CE Primary, Wolverley Crescent, Oldbury, West Midlands B69 1BG.
