The Governors at St James C.E. Primary School wish to appoint a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor. We are looking for staff who are committed to developing children’s learning skills, who are enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy working with children to join our existing team.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage and develop safe, purposeful and creative play during lunchtime breaks which supports the aims and values of the school and enriches pupils’ learning.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of lunchtime in the dining hall.
  • Show patience when working with young children.
  • Be committed to safeguarding pupils at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken English.
  • Ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Additional Details

Hours: 5 hours 50 minutes a week, term time only

Grade: Band B, SCP 3-4, £24,796 – £25,185 (Actual Salary, £3,411 – £3,510 p.a.)

Location: St James C.E Primary, Wolverley Crescent, Oldbury, West Midlands B69 1BG
