The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
This is an opportunity to cover a temporary role until the end of March 2027 to provide business support to the change team and Children and Family services for administration tasks to 3 project workstreams.
Main Responsibilities
- Meeting and workshop coordination - schedule & manage meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas and papers. Manage logistics for in‑person and virtual meetings.
- Governance & Compliance - Collate, formal and circulate Governance papers for Boards and steering groups. Capture accurate minutes and actions.
- Programme Support - track deadlines for submissions and reporting to DfE.
- Stakeholder Engagement - be the first point of contact for queries from internal teams & external stakeholders.
- Data & Reporting - maintain accurate records of attendance and decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience of managing and minuting board meetings.
- Experience of using M0365 for diary coordination and meeting transcription.
Interviews will be held during the week starting 23rd February 2026.
