Lichfield District Council is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to join our Revenues and Benefits team. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence in their work, possesses a passion for customer service, and aims to get it right the first time.
The initial focus of the role will be within the revenues team, but there is an ambition for the team to become generic across the entire Revenues and Benefits department as part of our transformation process. We are seeking candidates with previous experience in revenues. Knowledge of benefits and/or debt recovery would also be beneficial.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, able to work under pressure, and embody a team‑player spirit. Recent experience using NEC or similar systems is required.
