Salary: Grade 4 – £25,989‑£26,403 per annum (actual starting salary £22,568)
Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week (term time + 6 additional days)
Contract Term: Fixed term until 21 July 2027

Responsibilities
- Provide reception duties in the main visitor reception, handling inquiries.
- Support the school’s general administration.
- Manage Groupcall, the home‑school communication system.
- Perform first‑aid duties and undertake any required training.
- Assist with front‑of‑house IT systems and applications.
Qualifications
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with IT systems used in a front‑of‑house setting.
- Ability to handle situations sensitively with students, staff, parents and external organisations.
- Calm under pressure, flexible and accurate in written communication.
Working Hours
8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday (3:30 pm finish on Fridays).
Other Requirements
- Willingness to undertake necessary first‑aid training.
- Subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
