We are looking for a proactive Pastoral Support Assistant with strong communication skills to provide day‑to‑day support for our students. Working alongside Achievement Leaders and the Inclusion Manager, you will promote positive learning attitudes and inclusion, liaise with parents and staff and carry out a range of duties to support our students’ social, emotional and academic needs. The role will be linked to key year groups but there will be opportunities to work with students across the school.

This enhanced role is available to candidates with direct, recent experience of working with young people in an education setting. Working hours will be 8.30am‑4.30pm (4pm on a Friday) with a 30‑minute lunch break.

The school is well‑regarded within the community and has a reputation for high quality teaching. Lichfield is a small, vibrant cathedral city which is easily accessible from surrounding areas.
