Overview
The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking an apprentice to promote and support the work and services of the Resident Services team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career journey or looking for a career change.
Apprenticeship Details
- Fixed term contract for 18 months
- Salary: Β£24,735
- Hours: 37 Hours per week

Responsibilities
- Support the service area and assist in the efficient and effective discharge of duties and tasks assigned to the Service.
- Contribute towards the achievement of the Council\βs corporate objectives and priorities.
- Effectively manage and prioritise assigned case load with supervision.
- Use various IT systems that support the efficient delivery of our services.
- Assist in the training and development of peers where appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to completing the apprenticeship training.
- Non-UK Nationals must have resided in the UK for the last three years.
- Applicants with previous qualifications in a similar area should contact the People Development and Experience Team to check eligibility.
- English and maths qualifications meet the mandatory grades; absence of grades will result in application rejection.
- Provide an ENIC certificate if overseas qualifications are used.
