Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7:30am – 3:30pm, Mon – Fri. Term time only, including 5 INSET days.
Start date: July or September 2026.
PAY RANGE: Band B–C. Salary £24,796–£29,540 (pro‑rata £21,545–£25,667).
Requirements:
- Outstanding attitude & commitment to supporting the safety and care of pupils.
- Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification or equivalent.
- Successful education experience with children 4–11 years.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and teamwork.
- Knowledge of support for children with additional needs and the National Curriculum framework.
- Ideally at least two years classroom experience, including supporting children directly with additional needs; newly qualified considered.
- Experience of leading teaching and learning with a whole class, small groups, and individual pupils with an EHCP.
- Ability to provide a nurturing and consistent relationship with children.
