Job Summary
Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, TTO (39 weeks)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Grade 3 – £27,254 – £33,699 pro rata (£21,217.91 – £26,235.50 actual) and SEN Allowance – £1,722 pro rata
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Support the work placement team to meet the needs of all students, including mentoring, pastoral care and, when required, physical care of students.
- Work with individuals and small groups of students, providing guidance and support.
- Support students in the workplace and whilst out in the community.
