Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy - Part of St Gabriel and the Archangel Multi Academy Trust.
37 Hours Per Week (rota hours), 52 Weeks Per Year (must be able to work flexibly).
Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy is a nationally recognised sport and leisure provider, featuring a fitness suite, youth gym, dance studio, floodlit 4G football pitch, netball courts, sports hall, and climbing wall. We are promoting the use of our leisure and estate facilities to local community groups, clubs and businesses to support community cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Budget management.
- Ensure staff and resources are appropriately managed to provide a sustainable service to customers and community stakeholders.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities with the local community.
- Develop a marketing strategy to promote the community, leisure and education facilities across the Academy.
- Develop a communication strategy that ensures a consistent approach to leisure and facilities communication across the Academy.
- Develop a new website to promote the use of all Academy facilities.
- Develop relationships and projects that enable revenue activity to be implemented.
- Actively supervise and coordinate the operations of all service areas, demonstrating flexibility in working hours.
You will be required to work a shift pattern that covers the operational hours of our facilities, which operate until 10pm daily.
Qualifications
- Experience in leisure facilities management.
- Strong leadership, marketing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience developing marketing and communication strategies.
- Operational experience overseeing leisure and sports facilities.
