Churnet View Middle School, part of The Talentum Learning Trust, invites applications for an Inclusion Support Manager in a middle school setting. This role focuses on leading and coordinating high-quality inclusion, behaviour and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision across the school, ensuring that vulnerable pupils are supported to engage, attend and thrive. The role has a particular focus on safeguarding, attendance, early intervention and pupil voice in collaboration with senior leaders to ensure inclusive, evidence-informed practice across the school.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate inclusion, behaviour and SEMH provision across the school.
- Support safeguarding, attendance, early intervention and pupil voice for vulnerable learners.
- Work in partnership with senior leaders to implement inclusive, evidence-informed practice.

Essential
- Experience with SEMH/inclusion
