Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council invites applications from an enthusiastic, hard-working LSP Level 3 who has experience of supporting and working with children in early years, as well as supporting teachers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold the relevant qualification.
Responsibilities
- Work with full classes, individual pupils and small groups
- Liaise with teachers, SENCO, outside agencies and other support staff
- Demonstrate initiative and strong interpersonal skills
- Be part of a friendly team with access to regular CPD and team meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in childcare is required
- Enhanced DBS clearance is required
- Childrens Barring List Check is required; if barred from working with children you are legally prohibited from applying
- Fluent English language skills are essential (per Immigration Act 2016)

- Location: Reddal Hill Primary, Trinity Street, Cradley Heath, B64 6HT
- Contract: Fixed-Term until 31 July 2026
