Learning Support Practitioner (Clayton Hall Academy) – Windsor Academy Trust, North Staffs & Stoke Learning Community.

Location: Clayton Hall Academy, Newcastle-under-Lyme, England, United Kingdom. Role starts September 2025. Grade 2, 37 hours per week, term time. Starting salary: Β£25,185 (full-time).

Responsibilities

  • Support students in the classroom under the guidance of the SEND team and class teacher.
  • Provide support in small group or 1-to-1 interventions and for enrichment activities, aligned with strengths and interests.
  • Support a whole-school approach to behaviour for learning as adopted by all staff and leaders.
