St Matthews CE Primary School is seeking to appoint an excellent practitioner and aspiring leader to take a significant role in the leadership of our school. We are looking for an experienced KS1 teacher, who is skilled in delivering high quality phonics and supporting early reading. The successful applicant will have the knowledge and skills to ensure the highest standard in the teaching of phonics and early reading. They will lead and support staff to ensure that all pupils, regardless of their background or needs, achieve their full potential.
This role will be class based, with weekly time allocated to support leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will:
- Have the vision to shape and deliver the best provision for our children, and the knowledge and skills to help us to build on our most recent Ofsted inspection.
- Be an experienced KS1 teacher who is ready for an exciting leadership role.
