Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver, plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the curriculum and national criteria.
- Lead learning by utilising Academy Policies and assessment data to raise student standards.
- Contribute to an exceptional teaching area, ensuring innovative learning and teaching in every lesson.
- Support students and their families, working collaboratively to remove barriers to learning.
- Participate in professional development and maintain a high standard of teaching practice.
Pay range: MPS/UPS – £32,916 to £51,048 plus SEN Allowance.
