The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
As a member of the Economy, Funding and Skills Service, the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating economic intelligence and supporting the development and implementation of actions and initiatives to deliver the economic growth strategy for Shropshire, with a particular focus on the identified key and growing sectors.
The post holder will also support the Key Accounts and Investment Manager in initiating, nurturing and implementing business relationships with existing and new businesses in Shropshire together with fostering investment opportunities to increase economic productivity. This will involve working collaboratively with and bringing together internal colleagues and a range of external public, private and voluntary sector partners.
