A full-time ICT Technician role is now available, ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operation of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain devices and networks.
- Support staff and learners in using ICT effectively.
- Report to the ICT Officer.
- Work collaboratively within the ICT Services Team.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
