The role is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Service as a HomePoint Advisor. You will assist the general public to register for accommodation on the choice-based lettings system. As an Advisor, you will be the first person that customers communicate with when registering. Your responsibilities will include assisting, problem-solving, providing advice and guidance, handling complaints, and following up to resolve any issues that customers may experience.
About You
The applicant will need a diverse set of skills encompassing communication, empathy, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with technical knowledge and adaptability. These skills allow you to understand customer needs, resolve issues, build relationships, and ultimately provide an excellent service.
