Responsibilities
- Support and deliver high‑quality teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Plan and lead small‑group or whole‑class sessions in the absence of a teacher.
- Work closely with class teachers to adapt and differentiate learning to meet pupils’ needs.
- Support the development and progress of pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
- Play an active role in the wider school community.
