Foxford Community School (under Castle Phoenix Trust) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to provide high‑level support to students experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA). The role will enhance attendance, emotional wellbeing and learning engagement. Grade 4 – Point 6 to 14 – £25,898 – £29,540 FTE. Pro rata £22,473 – £25,633 based on 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year. Fixed Term until 21 July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level support to EBSA students, working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and families.
- Identify and support students exhibiting behavioural, emotional or social challenges to help them achieve their full potential.
- Motivate students to learn and build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.

- Experience working with children and an understanding of how to motivate students to learn.
