Salary: Grade 7 - SCP 18 to SCP 23 (£30,559 to £33,366) Pro Rata
Actual Salary: £23,378 to £25,525 per annum - Pay Rise Pending
About Us
Oldbury Academy is a large secondary school, serving ca 1400 11-16 year olds and is part of the Stour Vale Academy Trust. Ofsted inspected our school in December 2021 and judged us to be ‘GOOD’ in all categories. Ofsted concluded that “pupils at this school receive a good education” and “it is well led and school leaders are committed to further improvements”.

The Role
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Academy. You will be delivering and overseeing a wide range of interventions within our SEND hub for students in both key stage 3 and 4. You will have an integral role with monitoring student progress and supporting our students to succeed.
