Herefordshire Council is seeking a dynamic Senior Practitioner to join the South Locality Team on a permanent, full-time basis (37 hours per week). You will hold a small caseload and be supported to make evidence-based decisions, leading practice within locality management to support performance.
You’ll have strong social work knowledge under the Care Act 2014, with registered Social Work England status, and experience in asset-based, person-centred assessments, care management and review.
