Herefordshire Council is seeking an Early Years Improvement Advisor on a fixed term until March 2027.

You will support providers including childminders, nurseries and reception classes, driving high-quality early education with leadership and potential Ofsted inspector experience.

You will train staff, mentor practitioners, monitor standards, engage families and contribute to planning and local authority evaluation.
