DBLeisure is seeking a friendly, supportive Health & Wellbeing Instructor at Halesowen Leisure Centre to help members improve mobility, fitness, and confidence using our power‑assisted exercise equipment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding people who prefer gentle, low‑impact workouts or feel intimidated by traditional gyms.
Who You’ll Support:
- Beginners or those anxious about traditional gyms
- Individuals needing gentle, low‑impact exercise
- People managing long‑term conditions
- Post‑natal members rebuilding strength
Hours & Salary:
- 31.83 Hours per week (3 Week Shift Pattern)
- Salary: Grade 4
Location: Halesowen Leisure Centre
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be required to ensure the efficient and effective day to day supervision and operation of the Wellness Suite, including inductions, membership sales and retention, equipment checks and cleaning. You will be expected to attend and undertake regular staff training sessions when required. You may also be offered cover hours in the Gym.
