The Rivers CofE Academy Trust invites applications for a headteacher to lead St. Peter’s Droitwich C. of E. Academy. Following the retirement of our long-standing headteacher, we seek an ambitious, inspirational and values‑driven leader to guide the next chapter of a thriving, nurturing school rooted in Christian distinctiveness and community spirit.

As part of The Rivers C. of E. Academy Trust, St. Peter’s is a large, vibrant three‑form entry first school at the heart of Droitwich Spa. We are proud of our exceptional pupils, strong staff team and great relationships with families and the wider community. Ofsted judged us ‘Good’ (2024) and SIAMS awarded us ‘Excellent’ (2022).
