Lapal Primary School is looking for an inspiring and dedicated Head of School to lead and manage our vibrant school community. Working closely with the Executive Headteacher and the wider trust, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, strategic development, and operational management of the school. This key role involves driving high standards in teaching and learning, managing staff and resources effectively, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture where every pupil can thrive and exceed their potential.

You will be appointed on L12–L16, working full time on a permanent contract. Actual Salary £67,898 - £75,049. Your working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
The successful candidate will be:
