The Role

Howbury House is a service based in Malvern. We provide a dual service supporting individuals with Dementia and a replacement bed service on the grounds. Our Dementia service prides itself on an empathetic caring environment meeting individuals' needs whilst promoting dignity and respect. The replacement bed service supports individuals on short stays to allow families and guardians respite. This is a six bedded service with communal areas and a sensory room. The service supports adults 18+ with a Learning Disability, Mental health, neurodiverse diagnosis, physical disabilities, sensory needs and emotional / psychological needs.

Both services require teamwork to maintain quality of care. Experience in this area would be desirable but is not essential, as training is provided.
