Shenstone Lodge is a growing provision that currently educates and supports approximately 70 students in Key Stages 1 and 2 who experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties. The school will provide a significant SEN allowance, bespoke high-quality training to support knowledge and understanding of specialist behaviour management interventions, small class sizes, and high staffing ratios, in and out of the classroom.

Requirements: The post is suitable for a skilled and experienced teacher, or a teacher who is relatively new to the profession.
